Brice Crider

Brice Crider is a former collegiate baseball player and track & field athlete who previously spent over half a decade at Driveline Baseball, designing player development systems at scale as Coordinator of Player Development Strategy. Across his career, he has worked with athletes and organizations spanning Major League Baseball, Nippon Professional Baseball, Olympic-level track & field, and professional hockey, helping develop training systems used across four continents. Brice holds a Bachelor’s degree in Physiology from University of Washington and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS).

Clayton Thompson

Clayton Thompson is a former collegiate baseball player who has worked across multiple levels of elite sport, combining sports science, strength and conditioning, and skill development. His experience includes roles at Texas Christian University, Driveline Baseball as an engineer, and as Player Development Coordinator for the Los Angeles Dodgers. Throughout his career, Clayton has trained and consulted with athletes across four continents, focusing on building systems that bridge performance coaching, data, and applied technology. Clayton holds an MBA and a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from Augustana University and is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS).
