Service use

Rubicon Performance provides training, coaching, athlete account, communication, and related software services. You agree to use the service only for your own account or authorized coaching work.

Coaching and medical limits

Training information is for coaching and performance support. It is not medical diagnosis or emergency care. Athletes remain responsible for participating only when medically able and safe to train.

Wearable connections

If you connect Oura or another wearable, you authorize Rubicon Performance to request permitted wearable data and use it for coaching, readiness summaries, and service operations.

You may disconnect a wearable or revoke coach visibility for connected wearable summaries. Disconnecting a wearable may limit recovery or readiness features that depend on that connection.

When you disconnect Oura or revoke authorization, Rubicon Performance will stop syncing Oura data and delete cached Oura-derived records tied to that connection. Previously deleted Oura-derived records may not be restored if you reconnect later.

Accounts and security

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for notifying Rubicon Performance if you believe your account or connected wearable access has been compromised.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security, submit false account information, or use another athlete or coach account without permission.

Changes and questions

Rubicon Performance may update these terms as services evolve. Continued use after updates means you accept the current terms. Contact Rubicon Performance with questions about these terms.
