Privacy Policy
This policy explains how we handle account, training, billing, coaching, and connected wearable information used to deliver Rubicon Performance services.

We collect account identity, contact, billing, training, coaching, communication, and athlete profile information needed to provide Rubicon Performance services.
Wearable data
If you connect Oura or another wearable, we may receive readiness, sleep, daily activity, heart-rate variability, resting heart-rate, recovery, scope, authorization, and sync-status information authorized by you. We use this data to create compact coach-visible readiness summaries for training decisions.
We do not use connected wearable data for athlete-versus-athlete competition features, public leaderboards, or selling wearable data.
Oura may collect usage data related to Rubicon Performance's use of the Oura API and Oura platform for its own business, support, monitoring, and platform purposes.
How information is used
We use information for account access, coaching delivery, training planning, billing, communication, wearable sync, product security, support, and service operations.
Sharing and service providers
We share information only as needed with coaches assigned to you and service providers that support hosting, authentication, payments, messaging, analytics, support, and wearable integrations.
Tokens and security
Wearable access tokens are handled by server-side systems and are not exposed in the athlete app or coach-facing read models. Coach views should use consented summaries, not raw provider credentials.
Retention and deletion
Oura-derived wearable data is cached only as long as needed for authorized coaching features and no longer than 60 days unless Oura gives written permission for a longer period. If you disconnect Oura, revoke authorization, or revoke coach visibility, Rubicon Performance will stop syncing Oura data and delete cached Oura-derived records tied to that connection.
Your controls
You can ask to update account information, disconnect a wearable, revoke coach visibility for wearable summaries, or ask questions about your data by contacting Rubicon Performance.
You can also manage Oura account and application authorization controls through Oura's account tools at cloud.ouraring.com.
